Engraving Options: Our professional engraving options include your choice of engraved fonts, engraved logos & graphics and engraved messages. Engraving can include wedding dates, anniversary dates, names, quotes, or whatever you might want engraved on your chosen item. Our professional engravers will be happy to help you make your selections and help you decide what will look best on your selected item. We are happy to offer our professional engraving options on all our engravable gifts.
We have the lowest prices for our professionally engraved gifts. Unlike our competitors we don't charge per line or character for engraving.
If you have a specific request for the location or placement of your engraving, please let us know in the "Comments" area of the checkout page. Otherwise, we will place your engraving in the most appropriate spot. Your engraving will automatically be centered and sized appropriately no matter how many lines you choose.
Photos of products with personalization and images are for illustration purposes only. Not all items can be engraved as illustrated in the product photos seen on this website.
Your logo can be engraved on ALL of our products. Minimum purchase quantity is required.
If you need your order rushed please state so in the comment section during checkout. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Engraving will be done exactly as entered in the engraving text box.
If you would like engraving done in a method or design not listed on our site please contact us.
Monogrammed initials will be engraved in the order you provided us. It is customary to have the last name initial in the center -ie First LAST Middle
You may specify location or any special request for engraving in comments section of the order form.
You may contact us at info@qualitywholesalegifts.com if you have special requests regarding your personalization layout - ie font size, text location, font style, etc.
Unless location for engraving specified in comment section we will engrave on the most appropriate location which is often the center.
If no font style is chosen then we will pick a standard font and engrave using that font. As the number of characters increase, the smaller the font size will be.
No refund or exchange given on engraved items. (Unless engraving error made by us).
We have the right to refuse sale to any buyer or potential buyer for any reason we deem necessary.
We do not recommend engraving long lines of text in all CAPS or in Old English font style because it will make it difficult to read.
If you require additional characters on a line to be engraved then what is allowed email us.

Personalized items usually take an additional 24-48 hrs to ship.
Imprinting
For Imprinting & Silk Screening(Min quantity required): Prices shown do not include one location engraving, or one-color and one-position silk screening plus 50.00 USD (V) for initial set up. A 35.00 USD (V) set up fee for repeat order.
For additional color and/or position: Add another 45.00 USD (V) for set up, and 25.00 USD (V) set up for repeat order plus running charge per unit ranging from 0.40 USD (V) to 1.50 USD (V) for engraving and 0.35 USD (V) to 1.00 USD (V) for silk screening.
PMS color match is no charge. Exact PMS color match is not guaranteed.
If oxidation is need, add 0.35 USD (V) per unit.
Production for Large Orders
Lead-time: 7 to 15 days after confirmation and approval. This does not apply to individual or small orders.
For rush service: Add 62.50 USD (V). Orders will be completed in 3 to 5 days after confirmation and proof approval.
Over/Under-runs: Every effort is made to ship exact quantity.
In most cases, non-imprinted merchandise can be shipped within 24 hours.
If order is less than minimum requirement, there will be an additional charge of 0.50 USD (V) to 1.00 USD (V) per item depending on the item.
Paper proof: There is no charge for paper proof. Please allow 3 working days for paper proof.
Artwork
For highest quality, all orders must be accompanied by a black and white or colored artwork in electronic vector art format. Acceptable file formats are Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), Adobe Illustrator (AI), and CorelDraw (CDR).
Note: Please convert all type to outlines or provide all necessary PC compatible fonts.
For multi-color prints, please supply color separated artwork.
Samply Policy
Blank or random samples may or may not be charged. Samples are billed using 1st column pricing plus freight collected.
Pre-production sample can be ordered for 62.50 USD (V) plus cost of product. Receipt of written approval of paper proof is required prior to the pre-production sample.
Packaging
Our items come individually boxed except for individual pens and letter openers which come packed in clear plastic sleeves. Gift boxes are available at an additional cost.
