If you receive your item damaged or if it breaks or is defective: All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 45days. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange, or issue you a gift card for the price of the product. Just email us at info@qualitywholesalegifts.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item.
If you are dissatisfied with an item: Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange or gift card within 45 days of receipt. We do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges of items that have been opened.
